- Account Information: We collect your email address and business name to create your account and process payments. We do not store credit card details; payments are processed securely via PayPal.
- Project Data: We store the project names, addresses, tracking IDs, progress logs, and media (photos/audio) you upload for the purpose of providing the tracking service.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous metrics on how the website is accessed and used to improve our system performance.
2. Confidentiality & Use of Data
Your Business is Yours. TrueStatus adheres to a strict policy regarding your data:
- No Monitoring: We do not actively monitor, read, or analyze the specific content of your project roadmaps or client details unless explicitly required by law or requested by you for technical support purposes.
- No Selling: We never sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or your client's project data to others.
- No Sharing: Your roadmap data is shared only via the Tracking Links you generate. We do not share this data with third-party advertisers.
3. Data Security & Passwords
We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Authentication: We use Supabase Authentication. TrueStatus does not see or store your raw login passwords.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
- Row Level Security (RLS): Our database is configured to strictly isolate data, ensuring users can only edit projects they own.
4. Tracking Link Visibility
Please be aware that the nature of TrueStatus is to provide easy access to project status without client login. Therefore, anyone who possesses a valid Tracking Link or Tracking ID can view the associated project progress and photos. TrueStatus is not responsible for any data leaks resulting from the public sharing or careless distribution of these Tracking IDs.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Free Accounts: If a Free Account remains inactive (no login detected) for a continuous period of 6 months, we consider the account abandoned. To free up resources and maintain data hygiene, we reserve the right to permanently delete the account and all associated project data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Paid Accounts: Active Pro and Enterprise subscriptions will retain data indefinitely as long as the subscription remains active.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase: For database hosting and authentication.
- PayPal: For payment processing.
- Resend: For sending transactional emails.
- Vercel: For website hosting.
